Leadership & Training Center Dedicated to Joe Walsh

At a recent ceremony at their facility in Wall Township, the J. Fletcher Creamer & Son organization dedicated the Leadership and Training Center to the late Joe Walsh, who held the titles of President, COO, and CEO of the company over the past fifteen years. The gathering included family, Creamer staff, clients and industry partners, labor leaders, and trade association representatives including from NUCA NJ. Joining current Creamer President Martin Downs Jr. and retired CEO J. Fletcher Creamer Jr. in making remarks was NUCA NJ board member Andrew Wood, who provided a heartfelt speech about his dear friend and colleague that highlighted how great of a leader Joe was, but also how humble and kind he would be. Joe was our founder and first President, bringing the national utility organization back to New Jersey in 2018. He is greatly missed, and his influence continues to be felt by all those that knew him.
