Member Benefit: Webinar on Changes to Davis- Bacon Prevailing Wage Regs

Each year, the Davis-Bacon Act’s prevailing wage regulations apply to roughly $217 billion in federal and federally assisted construction projects. The U.S. Dept. of Labor announced its new Davis-Bacon regulations effective October 23, less than two months away. These regulations will also be enforced for projects receiving funding under the 2021 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).
