The Board of Directors of the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA) recently named Doug Carlson as the association’s new chief executive officer, and a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Carlson has over 24 years of association experience and a background in every aspect of running a successful member-driven industry organization. NUCA NJ Executive Director Evan Piscitelli visited NUCA headquarters in Fairfax, VA last week and had a very productive meeting with Mr. Carlson, who has expressed great support for our chapter.
